The first presentation will be delivered by Vinay Khosla, M.Acc., CPA, CA. Vinay will provide us with an update on tax related matters and changes in the last year.

Vinay provides small-medium enterprises with innovative tax and sound business advice that translate into bottom line savings. He specializes in tax planning and consulting on mergers and acquisitions, estates and trusts, corporate reorganizations and divestitures, creditor proofing, income tax appeals and other domestic and offshore tax minimization strategies. He has been featured on BNN, spoken on tax topics before law firms, financial institutions, and various professional associations.

The second presentation will be delivered by Jagdip Parhar, MBA,BA and Michael LeRoy. Jag has over 24 years of work experience in the financial services industry covering Life Insurance, Mutual funds, Brokerage and Information Technology. He currently works as an Investigator in the RCMP’S GTA Financial Crime division on the Integrated Market Enforcement Team. Jag's formal education includes: a BA from York University in Specialized Hon. Economics in 1990,an MBA from the University of Toronto in 2003various certifications in the securities industry.


Sgt. Michael LeRoy is Financial Crime Investigator with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Toronto Integrated Market Enforcement Team (IMET). Sgt. LeRoy is a 16 year veteran of federal policing with the RCMP, conducting investigations involving large-scale investment frauds in the capital markets, ponzi schemes, frauds against the Government and investigations involving organized crime. Sgt. LeRoy is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Economics and the University of Manitoba with a Master of Business Administration.
